This notice will explain to you our Privacy policy which ensures that your private information is kept private and only shared with those companies who are authorized either by yourself or as allowed or required by law.

INFORMATION WHICH WE COLLECT FROM YOU

In the course of purchasing or leasing a motor vehicle, it is necessary to gather nonpublic personal information from you, our customer.  If it is necessary to extend credit to you when you purchase or lease a vehicle, we will gather information from you to determine your credit note worthiness.  We may also need to obtain information from a credit-reporting agency or third parties such as employers, insurance companies and references.  Some information may be required by law from agencies such as the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Internal Revenue Service.  Even if the purchase were a cash transaction, it still may be necessary to collect your social security or driver's license number.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR NONPUBLIC INFORMATION

We have established standards and procedures which protect your nonpublic personal information.  We have established and maintain physical and electronic safeguards that comply with both state and federal law.  We limit access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those employees and outside contractors who need to know the information to provide a product or service to you.  We prohibit our employees and agents from giving or sharing any information about you to anyone in a manner which would violate our stated Privacy Policy or any state or federal law.
